If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2) Purpose of the service
certXpress enables authorized users to securely access and download calibration certificates for assets
associated with their organization. In future updates, certXpress will also support creating and managing
equipment records (“asset manager”) and generating service or calibration quotes.
3) Authorized use
- You may access certXpress only for legitimate business purposes related to obtaining, managing, and maintaining calibration certificates and associated asset information.
- You may not attempt to gain access to certificates or equipment records outside your authorized scope.
- You may not copy, redistribute, or publicly display portal content except as reasonably required for internal business needs.
4) Software and licenses
Any software, tools, or downloadable utilities provided through certXpress are governed by their respective
license terms. You may not download or use such software unless you accept the applicable license.
5) User submissions
When submitting information through certXpress—for example, adding equipment details or requesting quotes in
future modules—you agree that your submissions are accurate and lawful. Keysight may use submitted information
as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. You agree not to submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
6) Privacy

Use of the portal constitutes acceptance of that statement.
7) Links to third‑party resources
certXpress may reference external resources for your convenience. Keysight has no control over external content
and is not responsible for third‑party websites.
8) Security and acceptable use
- You must keep your credentials secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Do not attempt to bypass authentication, rotate IPs to avoid detection, or disrupt the service.
- certXpress includes rate limiting, abuse monitoring, and fraud detection to protect users and systems.
9) Availability and future enhancements
certXpress may be updated, enhanced, or modified over time, including new capabilities such as equipment management
or quote creation. Availability may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance or operational reasons.
10) Disclaimers
To the extent allowed by law, the portal and all materials are provided “as is,” without warranties or conditions
of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, non‑infringement, or fitness
for a particular purpose.
11) Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Keysight and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or
consequential damages arising from use of certXpress or data obtained through the portal.
12) Applicable law
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles. You are responsible for
compliance with any local laws, including export restrictions.
13) Changes to terms
