certXpress is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability.

Last updated: February 27, 2026

Our commitment

We strive to conform to the WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines over time and to continuously improve usability.

Measures we take
  • Use of semantic HTML, keyboard‑navigable components, sufficient contrast, and ARIA where appropriate.
  • Focus management and error messaging designed to assist screen reader users.
  • Ongoing remediation as new content and features are released.
Accessibility modes in certXpress

certXpress includes built‑in accessibility modes that adjust visual clarity, focus behavior, and text size to match your preferences.

Before you log in: Enhanced Accessibility and Reduced Focus Highlighting are enabled by default to provide a clean and consistent baseline experience.
After you log in: you may fine‑tune these settings in your Account Profile to match your preferred reading and navigation style.

  • Enhanced Accessibility – improves reading and navigation clarity by increasing spacing, stabilizing layout flow, and reducing visual clutter.
  • Reduced Focus Highlighting – softens or removes high‑contrast focus rings to reduce visual distraction. Keyboard navigation continues to function normally.
  • Adjustable Font Size – allows text to scale site‑wide (Medium, Large, Extra Large) for improved readability while maintaining layout integrity.
Compatibility & supported technologies

certXpress is designed to work with modern browsers and assistive technologies on current operating systems. Some legacy combinations may offer reduced support.
